Famous Smoke Shop is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to play a vital role in the smooth operation of our HR and administrative functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of various HR and administrative tasks.

  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts, oversee candidate communications, and assist with evaluations to ensure the best fit for our team.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientations to ensure a seamless transition.
  • HR Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage benefits administration and address employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safety and Compliance: Coordinate safety records and activities to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations activities and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently, handle internal and external correspondence with attention to detail, and provide administrative support to senior management and department heads.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with teams to support organizational initiatives and contribute to the success of Famous Smoke Shop's operations.
