IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Mass Market Regional Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a specific geographic region, overseeing mass market customers across various sectors, and develop strategic plans to enhance customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with distribution resources to identify new customer projects, offer technical solutions using IC Resources' products and services, handle negotiations, and provide ongoing support during the product development phase.
  • Develop a comprehensive account strategy to maintain regular communication with key decision-makers among the customer base, ensuring strong relationships and mutual benefits.
  • Facilitate internal communication with important stakeholders across different product lines, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Work closely with local field applications engineering and product teams to deliver top-notch technical support and responsiveness to customer needs, driving sales growth and new design wins.
  • Partner with franchised distributor resources to meet objectives and ensure strong performance in the market, leveraging their expertise and network.
  • Engage with end customers through local distribution branches to establish mutually beneficial business relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Evaluate sales growth and new design wins within the customer base, assessed through local distribution partners, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage key customers in the region, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor technical sales or field applications engineering.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving technology and maintain technical proficiency, ensuring expertise in the latest industry trends.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to expand knowledge in business and technical domains, with a passion for driving sales growth and innovation.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player willing to contribute across different areas within the role, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and proactive, with a proven ability to drive results and overcome challenges.
  • Open to acquiring new skills and adapting to new processes and tools, with a growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to travel requirements, with a willingness to travel as needed to meet customer needs.
