Position Summary: The Customer Service Operations Associate will report directly to the Operations Support Manager. This role is pivotal in delivering support and performance analysis for various servicing functions, including Call Center Operations and Back Office activities. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations and collaborate with our servicing vendors to ensure optimal performance and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the daily operations of servicing vendors to ensure compliance with performance metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between the internal servicing team and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights to align departmental outcomes with strategic objectives.
  • Support the Manager in analyzing reports, forecasting, and utilizing business systems to enhance process improvements.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, training, and performance management to support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, and Finance, to drive improvements in service quality and profitability.
  • Engage in coaching and development initiatives to enhance team performance and individual capabilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Operations Division.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with loan and lease systems is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and business systems.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, requiring extended periods of sitting and the ability to monitor and manage moderate noise levels.
