Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their concerns.
- Address and resolve client complaints effectively.
- Conduct daily client satisfaction assessments following service completion.
- Collaborate with Installers, Sales Managers, and Order Entry teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
- We are seeking Client Support Specialists who are open to remote work and possess reliable high-speed internet access. Necessary equipment will be provided by Empire Today.
Qualifications:
