Position Overview

Customer Support / Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support / Client Care Specialist to enhance our team. The primary role of this position is to engage with clients, offering assistance and resolving inquiries regarding our services and products. A typical specialist will identify client issues, propose solutions, and ensure follow-up as necessary. The selected candidate will undergo initial training onsite and transition to remote work after completing the training period and demonstrating proficiency in handling calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients to process orders, address inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide general information.
  • Respond to client questions, supply information about products and services, and facilitate the completion of orders and applications.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients as needed.
  • Utilize automated systems to initiate and finalize service requests and manage client inquiries.
  • Research necessary information using available resources and escalate priority issues when required.
  • Follow up on client calls as necessary.
  • Maintain call logs and generate reports on call activities.
  • May be required to work across multiple queues and customer contact channels.
  • Assist in training new team members.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in accurately documenting and recording client information.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including MS Outlook and data entry software.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
