ROLE OVERVIEW:
The role of Client Service Specialist at ADP involves building strong relationships with clients, focusing on retirement plan services. As the main point of contact, you will handle day-to-day plan administration, troubleshoot issues, and address legislative impacts to ensure optimal service, satisfaction, and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the primary contact for retirement plans, ensuring prompt and proactive customer service while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate expertise in plan administration, resolving queries, handling calls efficiently, and identifying opportunities for plan enhancements
  • Engage with clients on product/service discussions, plan design, and assist in implementing plan changes
  • Coordinate educational workshops for participants, oversee compliance testing, and monitor plan documents for regulatory adherence
  • Proactively engage clients on compliance, training, and design, collaborating with internal teams for seamless client transition and satisfaction

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Up to 1 year experience in a client service environment
Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • Client service experience, preferably in ADP payroll and 401(k) services
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll, and recordkeeping systems
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and build strong relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background
