Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sunbeam Family Services, Inc. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our programs and services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in computer operations and applications, including Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to program staff
  • Assist in program planning and goal setting
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Compile and analyze data for reports and special projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners
  • Coordinate events and meetings

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
