The Flying Locksmiths Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to lead our administrative functions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer service, scheduling projects, and driving business results.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $55,000 and $70,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including uniforms, paid training, and flexibility in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all customer service calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule projects and dispatch technicians as needed.
  • Coordinate office activities, including preparing estimates, invoices, and reports.
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years administrative or office experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
