Job Description

As a New Home Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and growing our client's customer base. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential buyers into homeowners, showcasing the unique value of our client's custom-built homes.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about exceeding sales goals. You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively generating and managing leads through various channels, including online platforms and community events.
  • Qualifying potential buyers and understanding their specific needs and aligning them with the most suitable home and customization options.
  • Presenting and selling the value proposition of custom-built homes by conducting persuasive and engaging model home tours and in-person meetings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, using consultative selling techniques to guide them through the home buying journey and secure sales contracts.
  • Developing and implementing effective follow-up strategies to convert inquiries into sales and maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics and meet evolving market demands.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Providing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction, encouraging referrals and repeat business.
