Air Pros Dallas Call Center is seeking to fill the role of On-Site Customer Service Specialist.
YOUR ROLE
As an On-Site customer service specialist, you will engage with clients who have inquiries or concerns regarding their accounts, service experiences, or product usage. You will adhere to established scripts while assisting customers in scheduling service appointments or addressing account-related issues. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses. Exceptional customer service skills and effective problem-solving capabilities are vital for success in this position. As a representative of our organization, you must demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compensation of $18.00 per hour plus commission

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
