We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Property Manager with Certified Occupancy Specialist experience to support a community in NW Washington, DC.

The Regional Manager is looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager with a strong background in occupancy compliance and property management.

Key qualifications include:

  • Certified in Occupancy compliance
  • Documented experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in the multifamily industry

All candidates will undergo a background screening and must be eligible to work in the United States.
