Mechanical Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Designer to join our team at Logistic Services Int. as a Mechanical CAD Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and products using 3D CAD software.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical systems and products using 3D CAD software, including detail drawings and large assembly management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and company standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and technical reports.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure design meets company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and CAD software.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in mechanical design and CAD software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other 3D CAD software.
- Knowledge of sheet metal and machined part fabrication practices and documentation standards.
- Experience with Faro Arm 3D Scanner and Geomagic Design X software.
- Experience with 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Rapid Prototyping.
