Job Summary

The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and products, utilizing 3D Mechanical CAD software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and products using 3D Mechanical CAD software.
  • Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed drawings and models of mechanical systems and products.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in mechanical design and development.
  • Strong understanding of 3D Mechanical CAD software, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Faro Arm 3D Scanner and Geomagic Design X software.
  • Experience with 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Rapid Prototyping.
