Job Title: Senior Manager, Commercial AI Business Process

At Danaher Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Commercial AI Business Process team. This role will play a critical part in driving the adoption and success of AI initiatives within our individual operating companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation and execution of AI use cases within commercial sales and marketing teams.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and support for AI initiatives.
  3. Mobilize cross-functional teams and manage projects to ensure timely and successful AI deployment.
  4. Measure the impact of AI initiatives, focusing on incremental revenue and business value.
  5. Act as the key liaison between the operating company and central AI leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of combined experience in commercial sales, marketing, or digital roles, with exposure to AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.
  3. Proven experience managing and implementing AI/ML or data science projects in a commercial environment.
  4. Proficiency with data management platforms, AI/ML technologies, and marketing technology systems (e.g., CDPs, CRMs).
  5. Industry experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within life sciences, technology, or similar sectors.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
