Job Title: Commercial Capabilities Readiness Project Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Capabilities Readiness Project Manager to join our team at Beacon Hill. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mapping, building, and implementing workstreams focused on the implementation of commercial capabilities to support our client's transition into a commercial stage organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple commercial capabilities workstreams from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Process Implementation: Identify, design, and implement new processes related to commercial operations, including data integration, analytics, forecasting, sales operations, sales force effectiveness, sales training, and commercial excellence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and IT, to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, process flows, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions and services.
  • Compliance: Ensure all analytics processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data science, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on commercial analytics/operations. Experience supporting commercial operations function build highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project). Familiarity with AI/ML modeling and data engineering is a plus.
  • Project Management: PMP certification preferred, strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior management and establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and Planning: Exceptional skills in proactivity, planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, and plan execution.
  • Flexibility: Organized and logical, with a high degree of flexibility to change direction when needed.
  • Self-Starter and Team Player: A confident self-starter who can work independently and creatively, while also being a team player.
  • Innovation: Evidence illustrating the ability to be different and bold. Must have demonstrated success in bringing novel and successful approaches that bring innovative products to patients.
