About the Role

Takeda Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Global Data, Digital & Technology unit. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the AI product strategies that align with our mission of improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the organization's business goals and GDDT strategy.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-maintained, prioritized, and detailed to reflect the product's strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate with the development team and stakeholders to plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, align on priorities, and communicate product progress and changes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product features and enhancements meet user needs and deliver value.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or similar.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product management in technology companies, Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or relevant regulated industries.
  • Experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams, and working with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT system ecosystems and software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Clear understanding of AI ethics.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering actionable business solutions.
