Senior Sales Executive

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space. This role requires a consultative approach, working closely with potential clients to understand their business challenges and presenting Paycor's products and services as solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals and leveraging tools and technology.
- Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve their business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
- Present Paycor's products and services to potential clients, either in person or by phone.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources.
- Own and manage individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets.
- Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork and successful processing of the initial payroll.
- Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
- Record all sales activity and results in SFDC in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Implementation teams to support effective new client implementation and transition.
- Complete regular reports as required, including CRM updates.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced Sales Executives as needed.
- 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- 4-year business degree.
