First Class Security is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as an unarmed security officer at a distribution center. This role involves maintaining a prominent security presence to deter any unlawful or inappropriate behavior. Your primary goal will be to observe, report, and ensure the safety of the premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility and maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and enforce client regulations.
  • Identify and investigate any suspicious behavior and monitor for potential threats to the property, personnel, or clients.
  • Oversee the documentation of incoming and outgoing assets.
  • Manage visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed.
  • Document all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies promptly.
  • Verify identification badges for all personnel.
  • Respond to emergencies, including medical situations and alarms, following established emergency protocols.
  • Review daily post orders and adhere to instructions provided.
  • Work independently in a solo assignment without direct supervision.
  • Guide vehicles to designated areas during off-hours.
  • Prepare post logs, incident reports, and shift summaries.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate with supervisory staff as needed.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in security or a related field.
  • Active security officer license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Strong understanding of safety and security protocols.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent surveillance skills.
  • Exemplary integrity and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
