Our Assembly department is currently seeking a Production Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components and products.
  • Interpret and execute assembly instructions, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with takt time requirements.
  • Handle components and materials with care.
  • Adhere to production timelines and schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance the assembly process.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Identify and address any issues or defects during the assembly process.
  • Inspect and test finished products for quality assurance.
  • Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in assembly.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, reading, counting, and math skills.
  • Familiarity with hand tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform precise work.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment; exposure to elements such as noise, dust, cold, heat, and/or odor.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
