Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement event concepts, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage event personnel to ensure proper safety standards are met and job duties are completed to upper management's expectations.
  • Training and Development: Train event specialists to properly use and build equipment, including staging platforms, truss structures, and large tents.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for interactions between the MEC Events Team and event promotional staff and employees.
  • Event Execution: Coordinate job duties of personnel during events, construct and de-construct event equipment and buildings, and provide event and performance recaps.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, service, and clean equipment, warehouse/work space, and vehicles.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote brand awareness by creating a combined interaction with brand, consumers, and lifestyle to generate an exciting and positive brand image for Monster Energy.
  • Event Site Management: Maintain event sites during activations, including janitorial services, crowd control, restocking product, and securing and loading/unloading trucks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Five (5) years or more event production, management, and activation or related field experience.
  • Skills: Excellent planning, negotiating, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficient knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs; ability to travel up to 60-90% and work weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 LBS and occasionally 100 LBS; ability to physically participate in the construction/build of event structures.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,500K - $90,000K, plus opportunities for growth and development within the company.
