About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at King's Seafood Company, Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality seafood dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume seafood restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving results in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on seafood preparation and presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
