  • Manage catering and retail areas to meet customer and client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field
  • 2 years of management experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, and mall food courts
  • Experience in financial reporting, food ordering, inventory, employee scheduling, and menu development
  • Experience in food preparation and production, including managing catering and retail areas
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff and build strong client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions within company guidelines
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing a food service operations budget
