Job Summary

VISTA Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Delivery/Re-Location Section Lead. This position requires a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management, with a focus on supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in the National Capital Region (NCR), Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement inventory control systems to track and manage supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for issuance of supplies and equipment, including shipping and receiving reports.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD, federal, state, and District of Columbia Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and vehicles, including forklifts and 5-ton trucks.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus 10 years of related experience, or Associate's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of DoD, federal, state, and District of Columbia Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and HAZMAT certifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
