Transform Finance with Data

Capital One is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Finance Data Experience team in transforming the way we work with data. As a key member of our On Demand Finance team, you will play a critical role in standardizing and modernizing data feeds into our core platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and lead discovery in complex data spaces to drive standardization and modernization
  • Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and develop data modernization sequencing strategies
  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams to create integrated roadmaps and deliver scalable data products
  • Thrive at the intersection of data and business strategy, translating complex business intent into data requirements
  • Drive well-educated business decisions across stakeholders through a framework-driven approach to problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital product management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to simplify technical complexity
  • Exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Agile product management
  • At least 4 years of financial services product experience
  • Familiarity with advanced statistical modeling techniques and data modernization requirements
