- Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on digital health or pharma.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development projects.
- Experience working in an Agile SDLC and leading product discovery efforts.
- Strong understanding of regulated digital products and ability to manage highly sophisticated technical products and systems.
- Experience building and launching technology products and platforms at scale.
- Strong domain knowledge in AI and analytics, digital health, or a related field.
- Experience working in life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
- Ability to quickly learn and take the lead on managing highly sophisticated technical products and systems.
