About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our digital health initiatives and drive the development of innovative mRNA technology products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product strategies that transform patient lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering, UX, and program management teams.
  • Develop and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Lead the development of regulated digital products, ensuring compliance with GCP, GXP, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304 standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on digital health or pharma.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development projects.
  • Experience working in an Agile SDLC and leading product discovery efforts.
  • Strong understanding of regulated digital products and ability to manage highly sophisticated technical products and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building and launching technology products and platforms at scale.
  • Strong domain knowledge in AI and analytics, digital health, or a related field.
  • Experience working in life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
  • Ability to quickly learn and take the lead on managing highly sophisticated technical products and systems.
