Business Development Manager

At City Wide Facility Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, ensuring high retention rates and exploring opportunities for service diversification and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and expand client relationships to ensure high retention rates and explore opportunities for service diversification and expansion.
- Oversee the delivery of services across all client sites, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, and performance assessments.
- Utilize City Wide's CRM to manage client interactions, service schedules, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales and management, specifically in building maintenance, facility management, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a competitive bonus structure. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
