The ideal candidate will have a passion for disc golf, a thorough understanding of all major brands, and strong business acumen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Online Presence Management: Oversee and manage the online store at DiscStore.com, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Brick and Mortar Management: Act as the General Manager for our physical store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Product Knowledge & Networking: Utilize deep knowledge of major disc golf brands to network and negotiate with manufacturers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a deep understanding of inventory turn rates and margins.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to achieve a 15% annual sales growth over the next three years.
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of business management experience, preferably in retail and ecommerce.
- Passion for disc golf and comprehensive knowledge of all major brands.
- Proven ability to network and negotiate with manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of inventory turn rates and margins.
- Experience managing both physical and online retail environments.
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, with an additional 20% bonus paid out to employees when yearly goals are achieved.
