Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Client Success to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success department, you will be responsible for working closely with existing customers to create and deliver training programs. This role entails building relationships with learning and development teams, HR/recruiting specialists, and finance professionals to drive sales and achieve client objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate execution across large global programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and driving sales growth through proactive marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Assist in the execution of contracts and proposals, streamlining the onboarding process for new account wins.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to serve clients' training needs, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Oversight of internal systems, optimizing client management and follow-up processes.
  • Develop and sustain a client reach-out plan, maintaining relationships and bookings with clients.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of prior client services experience, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services Industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and possess a professional and courteous manner.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders.
