Job Description:

As a Customer Service Partner at Sealed Air Corporation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders efficiently and accurately, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

About the Role:

This position is based in Charlotte, primarily stationed at SEE's Corporate Headquarters or at our Simpsonville, SC site. As a key member of our Flexible Workforce team, you will work on a flexible schedule with a minimum of two days per week during our core working days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with key customers and utilize those relationships to manage requests from the customer for mutual benefit.
  • Handle all incoming communications dealing with Customers' needs and expectations in line with procedures, and according to departmental KPIs.
  • Act as a point of reference for the Sales Teams for all issues relating to the order process and distribution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in a Customer Service function preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Computer literacy (SAP, Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google docs).
  • Flexible with work hours – there will be a requirement to cover different time zones.
