Customer Service Advocate

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Mauser Packaging Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving issues and providing exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with customers by communicating effectively and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Review plant delivery schedules versus requested dates and resolve any conflicts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate order confirmations, changes, and cancellations to both customers and internal team members, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
- Inform sales and operations of any unresolved service issues, recommending corrective action as necessary.
- Manage inventory usage on stocked items, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Process plant claims for shortages, quality issues, and other miscellaneous items, ensuring accurate billing.
- File customer paperwork such as shipping documentation or customer orders in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience is required.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential, including Excel.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic quantitative skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Affinity for customer advocacy and problem-solving.
