Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working in a large, ideally global organization
  • Standard Admin skills
  • Excellent organizational, and administrative skills, including ability to deliver on short deadlines, prioritize activities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong Proof-reading + editing experience - Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, and previous experience working across organizational units/divisions.
  • Experience answering the phone.
  • Adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, with ability to handle large word documents and perform operations in excel, including editing charts and tables.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and a demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure to meet the demands of an evolving workload.
  • Display a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow through.
  • Sound judgment and tact in handling contacts with staff at all levels, and utmost discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Ability to leverage technology to improve work practices and communication flows.
