Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager

Drive strategic sales growth at key accounts by developing and executing sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive leadership, engineering leadership, and design engineers at key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new design opportunities at key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design wins and revenue conversion.
  • Process RFQs and lead quotation processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Negotiate annual price adjustments and billing within budget periods.
  • Forecast customer revenue monthly and develop account strategies with management.
  • Drive design wins directly and with ODM collaboration in other regions.
  • Work within a team environment to manage and interact with resources across multiple cross-functional teams and regions.
