Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Strategy Manager to join our team at Factur. This role involves overseeing 25-30 clients, crafting targeted email marketing campaigns that fuel their growth, and driving measurable results.

In this position, you will be responsible for serving as the go-to expert for clients, conducting bi-weekly strategy sessions to align campaigns with their goals. You will also write persuasive sales and marketing copy for email campaigns, tracking performance metrics to ensure success.

You will lead bi-weekly video check-ins to review results, refine strategies, and foster strong client relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Craft compelling email marketing campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client management, digital marketing, or lead generation, with a focus on email campaigns. They must possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a data-driven approach to drive business outcomes.
