As a seasoned recruiter with full-cycle experience, you'll possess business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can navigate complex recruitment challenges and deliver results-driven solutions. Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Behavioral Health, or ABA, construction, and IT/cybersecurity is preferred.

As a Recruitment Strategist, you'll work with us to design and implement effective recruitment plans, leverage technology and data to inform decision-making, and drive business growth through innovative approaches.

The estimated salary for this role is $72,000-$92,000 per year, depending on experience.
