Client Acquisition Executive

At DES Growth Partners, Inc., we are seeking a Client Acquisition Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, developing sales strategies, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, a strong hunter mentality, and excellent written and oral communication skills. A proven track record of exceeding quota in previous positions is also essential.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $75,000-80,000 per annum, with an OTE of $125-130K based on performance. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new customers and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Qualify, research, track, and develop leads into viable sales opportunities
- Develop business cases, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements
