Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of clinical services across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will provide leadership and treatment coordination for mental health and rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client service delivery across multiple facilities, implementing and monitoring service delivery systems.
  • Oversee the quality and frequency of clinical services, providing coaching and feedback to clinical staff.
  • Mentor staff in comprehensive assessments, case conferences, treatment planning, and strategic interventions.
  • Provide clinical supervision and direct care services as assigned, within the scope of practice.
  • Develop and implement clinical training programs, ensuring staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Respond to client crises, providing assessment and intervention, and supporting staff in responding to similar situations.
  • Participate in management of team/program discretionary resources, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Provide on-call coverage and participate in after-hours rotations, as required.
  • Attend and participate in staff, program, agency, and community meetings and training, as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology (MA/MS), or a related field.
  • Clinical license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology.
  • Experience working in behavioral health or residential care, with a strong understanding of clinical services and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and coach staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and client outcomes.
