Position: Senior Project Coordinator

Location: Remote with occasional onsite requirements

Contract Duration: Potential for extension

This role is primarily remote; however, candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance from designated centers.

Onsite presence may be required periodically based on project needs.

Work hours will align with Eastern Standard Time.

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is essential, with advanced degrees being advantageous.

The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee and facilitate significant transformation initiatives that span multiple business units and involve various dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage essential project management functions, including planning, communication, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure that projects are executed in alignment with organizational strategies, commitments, and objectives.
  • Oversee the consistent delivery of cross-program initiatives utilizing a Scrum/Agile methodology.
  • Assist in identifying and managing interdependencies across business units.
  • Collaborate with fellow project management leaders to ensure alignment on critical initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate discussions with business leaders to pinpoint capabilities in relation to current and future objectives.
  • Coordinate and achieve project milestones with selected integration partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of essential data to maximize business value for users and clients.
  • Enhance business strategies and analyses to support agile decision-making.
  • Provide clarity on the timing of value delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management, particularly in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Experience managing budgets exceeding $3 million.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) and data warehousing initiatives is highly regarded.
  • Experience with Salesforce solutions is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse audiences including team members, senior management, and executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on various roles as needed.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a global and matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic with a focus on meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and able to balance firmness with flexibility.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with Jira/Atlassian tools.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.

Preferred certifications include PMP, Scrum, and Agile certifications.
