Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by providing direct IT assistance and collaborating on projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Foster superior customer service, ensuring prompt response times and offering expert advice on general support matters.
  • Uphold service quality standards when interacting with clients, executing services, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in travel to client sites and data centers for hands-on tasks.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate project management.
  • Work with distributors and manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze trends in issue reporting and propose preventative measures. Expected to recommend process enhancements and develop new protocols.
  • Examine potential security incidents or vulnerabilities flagged by security teams.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Department Director.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in design and implementation of technologies such as Virtual Machines (vSphere, Hyper-V), Windows Virtual Desktop, Windows Server (Active Directory, File Server Exchange, MS 365), Unix Server (Redhat, SMTP Server), Cloud Solutions (AWS), and Authentication Infrastructure (SSO, ADFS).
  • Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities in areas like Active Directory, GPO, Authentication, Access Privilege, and Mail Protocols (SMTP, MAPI over HTTP).
  • Solid foundation in information security principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • MCP and AWS certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, to effectively assist clients, report to management, and collaborate with team members.
  • Business-level proficiency in Spanish or Japanese is preferred.
