Payroll Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our team as a Senior Payroll Specialist.
This role will involve managing payroll operations for approximately 2,000 employees across the United States, Germany, and UK.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire payroll function for all employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Process payroll using ADP Workforce software, including setting up new hires, calculating wages, benefits, deductions, and ensuring proper tax withholdings.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll transactions.
- Stay updated with federal, state, and provincial payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance in both the US, Germany, and UK.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and reporting.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and financial reporting purposes.
- Handle payroll inquiries from employees and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement improvements to payroll processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related filings and reports as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce software is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in the US and UK.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
