We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing payrolls for our US employees and reviewing international payrolls processed by our local Payroll service providers. You will collaborate closely with HR and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of payroll experience, preferably with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. A proven track record of global payroll management in a multinational company is essential. Additionally, you will have in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment-related matters. You should also be familiar with payroll software and systems (ADP, etc), including experience with implementing and optimizing payroll systems. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is also required.
