About Us: Codebase Inc is a leading technology company that is committed to delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile adoption and transformation initiatives across multiple teams and programs
  • Develop and implement Agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, and Nexus
  • Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Lean-Agile culture, mindset, and practices
  • Facilitate Agile events and ceremonies, including PI planning and ART events
  • Implement Agile metrics and governance, including backlog management and value delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain Agile-related artifacts, such as program and team boards
  • Provide training and certification on Agile frameworks and practices
  • Participate in Agile-related forums and represent the company externally
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master
  • Certification in at least one Agile scaling framework, such as SAFe or LeSS
  • Experience with Agile metrics and governance, including backlog management and value delivery
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira, Jira Align, and VersionOne
