Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Point B. As a key member of our Digital & Tech Modernization practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the effective implementation of front-of-house restaurant technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Client Engagements: Lead and advise clients on the strategy, selection, planning, implementation, and deployment of front-of-house restaurant technologies, including Point of Sale, Kiosks, Drive-thru, digital menu boards, 3rd party aggregators, loyalty, kitchen display system, payment, and more.
- Facilitate Working Sessions: Lead and facilitate working sessions and meetings, including requirements gathering, process design, conference room pilots, Steering Committees, and deployment planning.
- Grow and Shape Practice: Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice and our restaurant technology transformation offering by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and capabilities.
- Drive Business Development: Drive business development by strengthening existing client relationships, attending and presenting at industry conferences, and identifying and engaging with new, untapped clients.
- Contribute to Firm Growth: Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates.
- Mentor and Guide: Guide and mentor Point B associates on client engagements.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and have 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution.
- Management Consulting Experience: 2-4 years of management consulting experience.
- Restaurant Technology Experience: 2-4 years of multi-unit front-of-house restaurant technology experience, including technologies used within the 4-walls of the restaurant.
- Enterprise Application Cloud Infrastructure: Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) and SaaS solution (POS, KDS, DMB, Kiosk, Drive-Thru, Reservations, Catering/Events, etc) planning, selection, and implementation.
- Leadership and Business Development: Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide front-of-house initiatives, built and cultivated business relationships, and contributed to the growth of a practice area.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality), and a variety of business functional areas.
