We are seeking a dedicated Elite Patient Experience Manager to join our team at Oral & Facial Surgery Centers of Massachusetts.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting patient financial responsibility, and preparing patient charts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members
  • Manage patient charts and maintain accurate records
  • Collect patient financial responsibility and process payments
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the patient flow
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Basic office skills such as typing and filing
  • Able to understand dental terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
