About the Role

The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting patient financial responsibility.

  • Patient Communication: Provide concierge-level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone or in person.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the doctors' schedule to ensure efficient use of their time.
  • Financial Management: Collect payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
  • Treatment Planning: Understand doctor treatment recommendations and develop treatment plans from diagnosis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Basic office skills, such as typing and filing.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
