As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and services. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services, strictly adhering to professional policies and procedures, and complying with all relevant State and Federal laws and regulations.

Key Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to discuss sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • MA pharmacy technician license not required but advantageous.
