Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, leveraging your expertise in nephrology nursing to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, promoting seamless transitions between departments and facilities.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving data-driven decisions to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited institution; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N) or equivalent degree is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may find this role particularly rewarding.
  • Hold any relevant certifications, such as CNN or CDN, which are not required but highly valued.
