Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Scheduling Coordinator to support our daily operations and enhance the overall patient experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing front-desk operations, including greeting patients and answering phone calls.
- Coordinating appointment schedules and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Preparing and submitting insurance claims.
