Job Overview

Position Summary:

McIntire Solutions, LLC is in search of a Senior Project Scheduler to support our Intelligence Community client in the development and execution of a comprehensive cloud cybersecurity strategy. This role involves the complete lifecycle management and deployment of enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions. The Senior Project Scheduler will be tasked with creating and sustaining an integrated master schedule that aligns with other project timelines and incorporates external dependencies. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of a comprehensive MS Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Integration of additional MS Project schedules with the client’s IMS to ensure accurate reflection of external dependencies.
  • Providing scheduling guidance and training to various stakeholders as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current/active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, including at least two years of direct experience with integrated master scheduling, or five years of integrated master scheduling experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven expertise in MS Project for managing project and program schedules throughout the entire lifecycle of information systems, from initial requirements to system decommissioning; hands-on experience in developing and maintaining an IMS is essential.
  • Experience in evaluating the effects of configuration management (CM) and request for change (RFC) processes on both internal and external schedules.
  • Familiarity with MS Project Server is required.
  • Understanding of the Program Management Framework (PMF) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) is necessary.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting on project milestones, baseline deviations, and re-planning actions impacting the IMS-controlled baseline and related schedules.
  • Ability to present schedule performance reviews and develop metrics for senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in scheduling for government clients.
  • Proven scheduling performance with government clients at the Flag Officer/General Officer or Senior Executive Service (SES) levels.
