About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager to support the Space Development Agency's (SDA) mission. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and consolidate vendor-provided integrated master schedules (IMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate inputs and develop a government-specific IMS to support SDA's mission.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, critical paths, schedule risks, and divergences, and present findings to Senior Leadership.
  • Stay cognizant of internal developments to inform scheduling updates and ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop internal briefing material as directed by the government team to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop external-facing products, such as briefings and emails, with high standards and attention to detail to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Support the Tranche Director and Cell Lead in their efforts to drive project success.
  • Provide general support to the SDA as tasked, including coordinating meetings and briefings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Government, Military, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, and Industry, to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
  • 3+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project.
  • 3+ years Project Management experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency using presentation development tools, principally PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced organization.
  • TS with SCI Eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or relevant technical discipline.
  • Prior experience supporting space system development or the Department of Defense.
