Job Overview

McIntire Solutions is actively seeking a Master Scheduler to enhance our dynamic System Integration team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development of a sophisticated space and ground system that aligns with National Security objectives. The program, based in Chantilly VA, employs cutting-edge practices in system engineering through Digital Engineering methodologies and Agile software development, particularly utilizing DevSecOps.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules across various Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) and integrating these into a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that spans multiple organizations. This position demands a strategic mindset to develop, monitor, and finalize diverse projects while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Master Project file for the Systems Integrator.
  • Collaborate with individual CFTs to gather and sustain their respective schedules.
  • Consolidate individual CFT schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Engage with multiple offices and organizations to ascertain and define project needs.
  • Prepare presentations for senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Conduct schedule analytics, including Earned Value Management, Monte Carlo Analysis, anomaly detection, critical path analysis, resource loading, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Project.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Experience with Chantilly customers.
  • Advanced degree in a STEM field.
